I’ve seen a lot of advice online but most of it feels generic. Everyone says “stand out,” but no one explains how.
From a recruiter’s perspective:
- What actually makes a candidate worth shortlisting?
- Do grades matter that much?
- Are projects and extracurriculars taken seriously?
If anyone here has worked in hiring or spoken to recruiters directly, would be great to hear your insight.
